solar panel ? is it OK to use several panels together ?

I have an Avion truck camper and due to the rounded roof mounting solar panels has a few challenges. But there are a few spots where I can mount 60-140 watt panels. But another idea is to run panels t...

I would build a very large frame to hold the panels about 16" to 18" above the roof and fill the frame with 230 Watt panels.

The roof will always be in the shade.

The AC will never shade the panels.

The panels will get better cooling than they would if there were no space between them and the roof.
