Hi,
No one has mentioned cloud lensing effect. I believe that is why it is important to have that 20% of "head room". I would go with the Morning Star 45 amp in your shoes. It used to come with a temperature sensor for the battery bank included. Blue Sky wants lots of dollars for theirs, and the dip switch settings require removing the case. Morning Star can be adjusted without doing so with free software. A data cable is required.
I do think BS is good, but If I were purchasing today I'd go with Morning Star 45 amp.
If you insist on "pushing the capacity envelope" then the Rogue would also be a better choice than the BS, as it is a more optimal design. It too, comes with a temperature sensor and battery voltage sense wires.
