If you look into boost/buck converters, they all recommend adding additional cooling/ventilation at some point. Same applies here. And just like with using power supply units as chargers, one should think in terms of 'realistic' duty cycle. Landyacht can certainly testify to this, and now perhaps rj and mr wiz can too.
