Solar Panel Mounting
When mounting solar panels on the roof of your rig are just screwing the mounts into the deck any old place or are you shooting the screws into the roof rafters?

- any old place, but I have a 1/4" plywood roof. Yours may vary.
- I found it difficult to line up with too many of the rafters. I made sure that one of my three sets of mounts on each panel hit a rafter. I used screws with the widest threads I could find and put three in each mounting bracket with a bunch of Dicor. The ones that didn't hit a rafter are just into the thin plywood of the roof.
