Thanks all for the helpful input. Unfortunately we don't get up north near as much as we would like. I have to be in the LA area around the first to middle of December and am planning to stop by and pick up panels at Solar Blvd. Do the panels come with some kind of protection for transporting unmounted or can they be stacked? At 50 lbs. I think the wife and I can get them onto one of the beds in the MH but not sure we could if they are crated and run 100 lbs each. One question for all. Is it necessary to use stainless mounting bolts if they are going to be covered with Dicor? Was thinking of using toggle or molly bolts for stronger mounting but they are limited in stainless steel. Also if I use a controller that is amp rated close to the amount that my solar panels will be outputting will it hurt the controller or will it just clip the extra amperage in case the panels put out too much occasionally?
