Framing in itself is not relevant to nominal wattage.
Poly/mono are framed.
Amorphous panels can be framed or flexible, but as long as it's amorphous - and flexible panels always are - it will have less nominal wattage per sq.ft. than poly/mono.
You are right, this info is easily obtained from the manufacturer - by looking into specs.
