Very interesting about that 100% efficiency. I wonder what that would look like at 95% MPPT controller efficiency?
Page 12 of 16 App 2 has the efficiency graphs for 12v 24v etc and the paper itself has that info on the controller getting hot besides any panel temperatures.

Controller efficiency in the mid-90s shown in those graphs is what I was getting with the Eco-Worthy, so I do not believe there is anything "wrong" with my controller that is skewing the results I am getting.
