Solar Panel Voc-MPPT?
Wondering if there is any relationship between measured Voc and MPPT performance with a 24v panel. My 12v panel has a Voc rating of 21.9 and Isc of 8.2, but I often see 8.2ish when Voc is only 20....

I had my "marker" for PWM 12v, which was the panel Isc for expected amps. It seems I will have to see how my MPPT set-up behaves in real life before I can establish a new "marker" for its expected amps.
I have all this great info everyone has given, but I am in overload and can't get it all straight right now. After seeing it happen a bit, I can then go back and read all this again.
Probably have some new questions by then too. :)
With both pointed at the sun, if I am getting Isc from the 130, then I should be getting max amps from the 230, so that might be a marker. Or not--one of the things to learn about.
