And wait till you see my results of output current on a flat (horizontal) panel at 46 latitude in October vs. optimal tilt!!!!
Have a draft of the results, but still going through checking grammar, etc. to make sure I am clear and consistent and cover all my asumptions, measurement techniques setup etc.

BFL, the MPPT controller doesn't "time out" when seeking a new power point. It operates on the last point until it refreshes to the new one. There is no interruption of power output.
Good to see you are getting numbers close to ratings of the module. That is what I usually hear and the lower voltages you posted from your initial deployment were not inline with other postings I've seen. Are you building a new tracker for the larger panel?
