You will want something with a frame on it. Then you can make roof mounts, and run UV rated #10 wire to the refrigerator vent, and on to the batteries.
If you buy a '12 volt nominal' panel, rated around 22 volts open circuit, then you can use a $25 PWM controller or MPPT, while a higher voltage panel will require a MPPT controller, and they can be much more expensive...
