I currently have an RV Care DC24. From what I've figured out thats a group 24 flooded battery.
Nothing wrong with that battery, that's what any RV Care dealer here in Canada would install on any trailer they sell unless the owner specifies otherwise. In reality your RV Care Traveler's Choice battery is an East Penn / Deka flooded battery made in Pennsylvania, Group 24 rated @ 75 AH at the 20 Hr rate, half of which is usable assuming 50% DOD. The simplest and least expensive improvement you could make would be to add another, doubling your AH reserve. Most however would be looking for a substantial increase in capacity and instead replace that G24 with either two G31 12 volt batteries in parallel or two GC-2 6 volt batteries in series, either of which would give you ~ 210 AH total capacity. Provided your current G24 still holds a charge, take it along as a spare. Your WFCO as it is will charge these batteries but it sure will take many, many hours of genset time to get from 50% to 90% DOD, so that's where some would then want to replace the WFCO with a charger that can properly recharge those batteries in a more reasonable amount of time.
