High extremes, without running A/C, are more difficult to remedy. Getting portable $70 FanTastic Endless Breeze fan and/or upgrading roof fans is about the only thing they can try. There are few choices for roof vents, but for portable fan you can't beat the EB.
Sure you can. I've had an Endless Breeze for years and while it does move quite a bit of air it's also noisy as all get out. :E For what it is it's also ridiculously expensive, especially here in Canada, and IMO questionable when a 120 vac 10" table fan that will move just as much air with almost no noise at a fraction of the cost. All one needs is a small PSW inverter to power such a fan. A 12 vdc power vent fan can also move a lot of air but if the OP's trailer isn't so equipped he can accomplish the same but at a fraction of the cost by hanging a 120 vac fan like I have in one of the bedside windows - twin fans, reversible, 3 spd, and moves considerable amount of air ... sold here in Canada at Home Hardware. :B
