With 200W solar (and any generator) you won't have to use head lamps, other than for night trips to camp toilets.
Weather "extremes" I only mentioned for full-er picture. It's not going to drop below freezing, and very unlikely will get warmer than 28C in the night during a hot spell (if there will be a hot spell). The goal - biking - is what matters, you'll be outside most of the time, and it sounds like you are prepared for what you're planning.
