Don, it works for your uses, but.... Box fan is portable, you can put it where you need it. OTH, a window fan in my trailer I could put either on dinette window - then it would blow across the table where where I rarely sit but there is always something laying around, or on a bedroom window - then it would blow into an empty bedroom where I don't need it.
Will check what they have in my local Home Hardware, but I think it's a lower-grade brand like Holmes for ~$CAD 50. Endless Breeze box cost me $CAD 90 on the "US" Amazon with free shipping to WA/BC border 40km from my place. I usually let a few items from the US vendors accumulate at the WA post office and then pick it up, filling the gas tank there as well. Have stopped buying in Canada long time ago. Even now with 1.3 exchange rate there is rarely anything I could buy cheaper locally.
