BTW the dual window fan that SoundGuy is recommending consumes a measly 27 watts.

Box fan is portable, you can put it where you need it. OTH, a window fan in my trailer I could put either on dinette window - then it would blow across the table where where I rarely sit but there is always something laying around, or on a bedroom window - then it would blow into an empty bedroom where I don't need it.

And it continually amazes me how effective and quiet and low energy and cheap these fans can be. Since purchasing an 18" floor model, reciprocating, 30-35W AC, we haven't used our A/C in Florida over the last two winters.
To be clear, we use both the window mounted fan and desk top fans with 11" blades, both 120 vac, running on shore power when available or my PSW inverter when it's not. The particular fans I have squeal noticeably when running on an MSW inverter, the PSW solves that issue. I originally installed the window fan because our particular trailer doesn't have a roof vent over the main cabin in which I could install a powered Fan-tastic Vent fan so this was my alternative solution. Like a roof vent fan we run it constantly when we're camping, the only time it's off being if it's unusually hot & humid and we're running A/C. Here in S Ontario that doesn't happen all that often so A/C use is pretty limited as we find that under most circumstances the fans do an admirable job. On a really hot summer day we really enjoy running a fan outside as well as we sit in the shade under the awning. Win, win - cooling breeze, minimal draw down on the battery. :B
