Another question: do you wire the TC so all the 110 outlets work or do you have to install additional outlets for the inverter only?

What I did is wire the output of my Morningstar inverter to a 30 amp RV receptacle. Before I turn on the inverter, I turn off the converter. Then all 110V outlets are live, which is very convenient. The only caution is when doing it that way, don't try to run the microwave or AC. If I want those heavy draw items to run, I plug the 30A power cable into my genset.
Depending on where the refer gets its power source (house plug circuit vs a dedicated refer breaker), when house wiring the inverter, the refer may automatically switch from LPG to AC when it senses the presence of inverter AC, thus unintentionally drawing down the batteries... Another concern is that without an ATS (passive switching), that you not 'forget' to switch the inverter off before plugging into shore power, else something will get fried due to dreaded phase conflict.
