Check out the Magnum hybrid prices at Imarine. You may find it cheaper than the Victron. No one ever worried about having too big an inverter, and I don't believe in pushing inverters to the "edge" of their abilities.
Do look at the Outback. I think they make an 1800 watt hybrid. It appears to have a smaller "footprint" than either the Victron or Magnum.
My Magnum weighs about 50 lbs. I can't imagine that the 2k Victron is that much lighter--or that even 20 lbs is going to cause a serious weight issue.
Why do you want the hybrid feature?
