JFNM makes a good point about being able to run your CPAP on 12V. If that's possible, you would avoid doing a double conversion (12V DC to 120V AC to 12V DC). Every time you convert the voltage there is an efficiency loss. The same thing with your phones and tablets. All the phones and tablets I have seen in the last few years are charged with a USB cable. The voltage on these is 5V. I'd bet the 120V chargers you have actually have a USB connector on them and can use just about any USB cable to connect to your devices. You can get adapters which convert 12V DC to 5V DC and have the same USB connector. This also keeps you from doing a double conversion and will use less current from your house batteries. These adapters are widely available and are cheap. Look in Walmart, Home Depot (on or near the check-out counter), K-Mart (check-out counter), Harbor Freight, dollar stores, etc. The best ones to get IMHO have two USB ports; one with 2.1 Amps capacity and one with 1.0 Amp capacity. They all plug into a cigarette lighter type socket.
Don't worry too much about usage of your LED lights - they don't draw enough current to make a big difference. The same with the water pump. It draws quite a bit when it runs but it but total run time just isn't that long.
Hope this helps and happy camping. The leaves in your part of the country should start changing in few weeks. Enjoy.
