I'd sure like to have an excuse to get the 2200i, but my 14 year old 2000i is doing everything I need it to. I'm not surprised at no price increase because of all the competition that on paper looks like a so much better value. Those that have owned the eu-series generators know they're worth the price premium. Honda had to do something to break out from the pack of all the same-specs, half-the-price competition.
