Ah, maybe I am getting closer. A thread on another forum said to get "stair nosing". I was searching for "thresholds" and "trim".

In terms of an exact match - the pieces on the side do not really need to be replaced - just the one you walk on has split and is a trip hazard. I might have to replace it all to get a match if I can't find the exact stuff.
