Normal. I used to fly in Super Constellations (Electra jet) and used to laugh that they sounded like a Chevy 454 fan clutch. A bit of oil is normal. Fan spins logie when cold by hand but very tight when hot. Two varieties of replacements and everone chooses the cheap garbage one. The good ones ain't cheap McGee.
