It is not an exact science. I do now think my SOC values are a bit low, which means I am getting farther along than I thought, at least at first.
I guess mine comes out nearer even by the time I think I am at 90 so that marker is still useful for my purposes of when to stop the generator.
If yours are a tad high, then we are fairly close after all.
I am still very surprised to see Salvo's batts accepting 20 amps at 90% at 14.2 volts. That is way off my own marker of approx 5 amps per batt at 14.5 volts. Can't figure that one out at all. He is showing twice that.
Perhaps it is to do with not having settled down yet after the drop to 14.2 not long before? When I am doing mine, there is no voltage drop after it gets to Vabs.
