What does Bogart use for their efficiency correction? 94%?? Their problem is that they use just one number over the entire SOC range. At 50% SOC, efficiency is close to 100%. At 90% SOC efficiency may be only 60%. Efficiency is a complicated, non linear equation affected by SOC, gassing, and aging.
So Bogart's SOC may be correct when the battery gets close to 100% but could be quite a bit off when charging an hour in bulk before gassing occurs.
Your next step is to get yourself an Arduino and take the measurements. :)
