Let me tell you, in the would of microcomptuers, life is so easy now. Back in the mid 70's, I build a microprocessor that has a fraction of Uno's capability for well over $100. Now everything is just about plug & play. Save the data file as .CSV and excel will display it in a nice spreadsheet. Arduino is open source. That means there's no proprietary information. China can build them for $3.50! That's a joke.
I would get a better SD card logger.

You need some C programming language skills to make this work. I can supply my code to anyone who wants to give it a try.
