Another cool plot...
I want to note that the voltage dive seen below 12.6V is not real. Just prior to starting the charge, the battery was being discharged at a 14A rate. I stopped discharge when battery voltage (under 14A load) dropped to 11.87V. The battery had not recovered to its static, no-load voltage before initiating charging. I you project the linear plot further to the left, then 50% could be around 12.4V. That may appear high, but surface charge most likely raised the voltage 0.3V.
When above 90% SOC, battery voltage rises quickly. That means when charging with an absorption voltage of 14.2V, tapering, below 4A occurs at 93.1% and if Vabs is 14.4V, tapering, below 4A occurs at 93.9%. There isn't that much difference.
