Ford addresses the plug removal either in a Service Bulletin or in the Service Manual. I can't remember which but I've read it. There is a whole process for this as you may know, including extraction tools and introduction of penetrant during the process to save the original hole threads.
I would be comfortable using a good anti-sieze compound on the new plugs but I don't believe it is going to result in a better installation or easier removal in the future. The factory torque values is what I would use for installation. They are usually on the light side of perfection.
