Well, overcharging through their life at this point seems likely. When I was plugging in all night, my solar was still doing acceptance voltages for an hour each day.
I've never really trusted my amp hour counter all that much and it certainly read 0 from full while the batteries were still taking 8+ amps on their climb to 14.8. Then under discharge is would stay at zero from full for a while.
As for the desulphators, I have borrowed my buddies batteryminder in the past to little if any perceivable improvement. When I look down into the cells, the plates that I can see have no visible sulfation.
It appears as if I damaged another set of expensive batteries. I should just go back to cheaper smaller hybrids since I don't use the capacity that I have anyway. I don't really feel right trying to get these replaced under warranty, but current finances contradict morals.
