Pull up the carpeting on the slide and you'll see what's going on there. Just sawzall out the old floor and put in new 3/4" plywood. You can then just built a supporting structure underneath. You do want to get the old rotton stuff out because the mold/rot will spread even if no more water is coming in.
Also remember that the floor is rotting because you have a leak somewhere, you should try to find where it's leaking and fix that too.
