  • Two MoHOs ago, my 2001 Georgetown 30 ft. came with Goodyear RV 670s. Spent $1300 dollars TRYING to keep em in balance. Never could. Next was my 2006 National Class'A'also RV670s. Suffered strange tire wear in spite of repeated balancing. Also endured blowouts and sidewall 'Worms' of rubber separation. Finally replaced em with Goodyear Truck 645s. Liked em. No problems.
  • 7 years on my first set of Goodyear Marathons; replaced them because they were getting a bit worn. No problems at all in those 7 years; NONE.

I'm now on my second set and expect another 7 years from them.

Excellent tires, even if they are made in China. Highly recommended.
  • The name COOPER is calling to me (unless they too now use soybean paste and pressed duck in their construction).
  • Big company, lots of lawyers, playing games with discovery, yes. Problem with tires is they can be damaged by contributory negligence, like failing to check tire pressure before crossing a hot desert.
  • Our MH came with GY. Out of round, I have spent my own money to have them trued up.

3 of 5 new Marathons separated on our fiver.

Not a fan, not likely to buy any GY tire.
  • My 5er came with 5 Goodyear Marathons, they all failed within the first 2 years; 4 blowouts, 1 I noticed separation before failure. Nobody was hurt, but I will never buy another Goodyear product again.
