Can I get a controller that will charge first one battery bank, and then another one if the first gets full? Like a buitlt-in isolator?
I would suggest to start planning on your battery capacity, first. What's left over in your budget and the capacity total can help define the rest.

For reference: I use 60 or so AH/day (conservatively). A single 235W module and a 15 amp MPPT controller charge 300AH of batteries in two banks. I have master disconnect switches to shunt power to/from everything but typically, they are always in the "Both" position, i.e. being charged and discharged in parallel.
