I have 4 similar jars and have done some high current testing. Running the microwave and toaster at the same time via the Magnum 3012 hybrid inverter present a load of 276 amps. They seem able to support that much of a load.
Running the fridge for 2 hours standing still (say 70 amp-hours used) 1 makes them want to draw their maximum safe charging rate.
