Still no energy audit? Ok, let's guesstimate then.
I would chance one 65W fridge with 500W flat solar and 300 AH bank in SoCal, if there were no other 120V devices.
With those other loads mentioned - and it sounds like there is also a "freezer" in addition to the fridge - probably +800W solar and +400 AH bank. Even without MW.
