The shave ice machine has its own separate battery bank.
I don't know if a tilt mechanism would be practical for me. My rig is high ground clearance, so the roof is way up there and I am small. Sitting on the roof I would not have good leverage. I am open to being corrected, but it seems to me like it might be more trouble than it is worth to rig something up.
I do try to avoid clouds,and rain :B.
