As long as it says AGM and has AH in specs, I don't know why "high discharge" would matter for your uses.
Ask seller about current on those 167W panels. If it's 8-9A, get 3 of them with Xantrex 35, and 2 or 3 of those FLX500 AGM. Won't be enough solar wattage in winter, with your loads.
I wouldn't buy more than 400 AH bank for 500W flat solar.
