Ask them on the phone about voltage.
Seller might not know what to look for, there are few different "voltages" on the nameplate, but it should be either 17-20V (then it's 12V nominal) or 28-32V (then it's nominal 24V panel).
Test open-circuit Voc and Isc with multimeter when picking up, to make sure they are not toast. Hold them to the sun, meter should read something "close" to specs.
Xantrex 35 will be fine with 3*167W in parallel - if they are 12V.
