You don't know draw of your other freezer. If it is roughly same size and you need max 12 hours, - get 4 batteries.
2 fridges @1A*120V each, @60% cycle, will run about 15 hours on 4*135 AH with other minor loads.
Next time measure correct DC amps for both, and cycle %.
Don Piano must be right, kill-a watt doesn't measure amps correctly.
