Go to the battery maker's web site. Download what they recommend for charging rates. You are dealing with surplus acid AGM which is quite different than starved acid AGM.
The PD can do 13.2, 13.6, and 14.4. I've not used my PD much with the new bank but I remember correctly it did 13.6 on the one occasion I've used it.
