My idiot box went flying out the back window the year Miami Vice had it's last episode. I watched episodes of Deep Space 9 on a neighbor's TV then scuttled back to my rig after the episode ended. I could care less about Los Simpson, or the insipid morning shows. Armed with Wi Fi, a Nook and a Kindle my entertainment is almost complete...

Do you realize just how stupid it is to open a US news article to read it and have the obligatory "personed" live news desk repeat what you're reading by shouting the same words in your ear? Is this the new mentality?
I can load up and inside four hours go from tropical summer to seventy degree 40% humidity in the pines. Can anyone up there drive from Anti Algore to seventy degrees in four hours? By switching AC units I tinker in cool dehumidified air or sleep in it. Five hundred watts worth. What can your 500 watt heater do? My pipes don't break, and there is no "Tropic Ice" for an idiot to smack into me on the roadways. Batteries don't quit and skin does not get Tropic Warm Bitten. Eighty degree ocean temperature. Three or four showers a day. Hmmm I wonder who has it harder...?
I pity folks who are screwed weather-wise. Natural gas speculators are nearing financial-orgasmic-paradise.
