IF you have removed the 'reignitor' box and are attempting to return this WH back to stock wiring/operating.........
Please post model number.......!!!
Item 1) YES that large flesh colored wire goes to the spark electrode. The spark electrode has a ground rod and the assembly is grounded via mounting bracket screwed to frame
Item 2) Standard wiring from module board is RED (12V DC from gas ON/OFF switch), BLUE from module board to 'Light', GREEN..12V DC ground & Yellow...also ground (sometimes Yellow is just in DC Junction Box
Item 3)??????? IF you have an electric element there will be a separate AC Junction Box and electric element would be under/behind gas valve left of drain plug with an ON/OFF switch in outside compartment....so not sure what you are referring to
Re-read the section on picture posting...really hard to visualize what you are trying to explain
IF not going back to stock and you are still trying to get that jury-rigged set up working........never mind.
