Yeah it's hot and I need to light a fire which burning propane adds both heat and humidity. 14 days of straight salads, vegetable and fruit are tiresome and shortwave cookery leaves a lot to be desire...

Yeah I arose grumpier than usual this morning. Monday after next comes a 1,300 mile drive to visit my favorite quack.
And a visit to the UPS store. ;)
I never found a induction burner I liked but I do appreciate the reduced amount of heat in the trailer from cooking with a electric cooktop vs the propane stove. I did find out that the enamelware pots and pans I use in the solar ovens is magnetic, so I may look at induction again.
