Sunlight vents leak, Dicor time
What is the proper prep for cleaning up and applying Dicor sealant around items on the roof that could leak, once the Dicor starts showing splits?

Your title says "sunlight," be careful with Dicor on this one. Some skylight makers have a special brand they want you to use so as not to dry out the skylight plastic. Look at your owners manual, or call the maker of the skylight to make sure. They do become brittle and crack if you use the wrong product.
