Solve your issue......
Get rid of that WFCO and go with the PD
WFCOs are JUNK especially one of that vintage
IF NOT connected to AC Shore Power...strictly battery power do you have 12V DC (lights work, fridge/water heater/furnace work etc)??
IF YES....then feed to/from battery is good
IF NO.....then in-line fuse (or DC circuit breaker) on battery POS cable is blown, battery NEG cable has bad contact/connections etc
And that WFCO is JUNK
