for a 12 volt flooded jar
charge voltage is 13.5 for 25c
charge voltage should be 16.2 at -30 c
charge voltage should be 13.2 at 50 c
gassing voltage is 14.34 at 25 c
gv is 13.8 at 50 c
gv is 17.82 at -20 c
