Interesting point about the meter. Trimetric advises to disable the automatic reset if you have solar, so it does not start a recount of AH as soon as it gets dark every day.
You can only calibrate properly for an AH restart when the batts are truly full as measured by other means. The Trimetric uses a bogus idea for "full" otherwise, and that gets out of whack after a time even then.
If Li is not to be recharged to "true full", you could not zero your AH counter on the Trimetric. That gets out of whack from the charging efficiency number being not quite right. You can program that number to be closer to what your batts actually do compared with the default number.
I wonder what the solution is.
