Tailgater pro to winegard to Wally problem

I’m trying to setup a dish tailgater pro going through the winegard air 360 and the Wally receiver cannot connect to the tailgater. I bought the adapter recommended from winegard but still I cannot get power to the tailgater. Can anyone relate or have any suggestions ?
