My Tailgater worked fine thru a short OEM internal coax cable from the outside connection to the inside connection. But it involved removing a jumper to connect the sat receiver and putting the jumper back to use park cable.
Solution was to add a new external connection just for sat. I bought an external coax connector with rubber cap, drilled a hole fhru the outside wall near the TV, installed an inside coax conn wall plate at the TV, and connected the two via a short coax cable. Works fine with the Tailgater.
