Hmmm ... they're slowly but surely getting there. Aren't a lot of plants above 90% efficiency in converting sunlight energy into whatever plants do?
Hopefully someday even small RV's with solar on their roofs can run their air conditioners directly from their solar panels if they're parked in the same sun that is requiring the RV to need air conditioning in the first place. ;)
