More technical, less down to earth simple for a beginner.
The bits on solar and inverter are somewhat dated.
There is some sort of generation gap with books vs on-line. I prefer books. Then the youngsters say to print the on-line stuff. Huh? But then their kids baffle them, being never off their gizmos, so they don't print anything (what's that?)
It is all here for the oldies but goodies--

The bits on solar and inverter are somewhat dated. - BFL13Explorer IIThe OP's crime was in posting that, that way, as a Senior Member.
If he were a newbie, and posted that, he would not get a negative reaction at all. We are extremely nice and helpful people--everyone knows that!
There is something odd/weird about the OP post that rubs folks the "wrong way" and the OP should explain himself, or continue to take the blame for the negative reaction he got.
Once he does explain himself (satisfactorily), then of course, being such nice folks, we will change our tune. :) - MEXICOWANDERERExplorerLots of things in life are relevant
And pointless. - I still think if an OP just posts a link and runs away... what is the point?
- MEXICOWANDERERExplorerDodging raindrops. You won't get wet. IMHO the positive responses are enough to have made things clear. Happy Camping!
- KrowNBExplorerWow! So many knowledgeable people on here that don't need help or advice! I'm glad the OP thought of people like me.
- MEXICOWANDERERExplorerPlus you'll get puncture marks and can't sit for a week.
- That link to the 12 volt side. VERY important and ALL RV'ers should download and print it out and keep in their RV. For those that denigrated the fact he posted. I have seen YOUR posts over the years and some of them are downright silly when you state certain facts or help that are NOT true or just plain wrong. As a professional it makes for a good laugh. So, don't throw stones as you also live in glass houses. Doug
