    And that's because in a "dead battery" situation, 8 amps ain't worth hookin up !

    I remember ordering the accessory cable for the 12v charging feature right after I bought the 2000 about 10 years ago, thinking it would be useful at some point. It's still in the factory bag in the the TT's toolbox, has never even been plugged into or tested.
