Tires work good. But they need to be laid tier-by-tier, and filled with dirt including inside the tire itself. What the tires do is prevent loose dirt from compacting and spreading which will bog you up to the axles in a heartbeat. A slight arch is the best design.

Using tires isn't going to be easier than cement blocks.
To engineer a bridge, we'd need to know the span, the weight it needs to hold, the slope on the ends, how deep the ditch is (in case a center support is needed based on the span)... As much detail as can be provided.
The simplest non-engineered approach would probably to cut 2x8s or 2x10s to length and stack them up until they fill the ditch plus one more on top that complete spans the ditch with both ends on solid ground on either side and then carefully drive over with the tires centered on the boards.
